Second chapter: Entrepreneurs continue success story

When Jeff Good, Dan Blumenthal and David Blumenthal open Broad Street Baking Company in Jackson`s Banner Hall in late November, it will be the second chapter in an American business success story.

It all started with a late night gripe session by phone. Good was talking to his high school buddy, Dan Blumenthal, who was working as a chef in the San Francisco Bay area. Good was disappointed a job he applied for did not pan out. At the time, Dan`s brother, David Blumenthal, was working in the food service industry in Jackson.
