TUNICA – Webster Franklin has been executive director of the Tunica Convention & Visitors Bureau since its doors opened in January 1997. Prior to the post, Franklin was executive director of the Tunica Chamber of Commerce, created in 1994.

Originally from Greenwood, Franklin graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1990 and headed to Washington, D.C. where he worked for Dan and Marilyn Quayle for several years before returning to Mississippi.
