Thanks for EXPO 2006

Last week, the Mississippi Business Journal hosted the 23rd-annual Mississippi Business and Technology EXPO in Jackson. The state’s largest business-to-business trade show was presented by Time Warner Cable Business Class.

Expectations were high for this year’s event, and the results have been remarkable: it was the biggest and most successful ever. Our initial feedback from attendees and exhibitors has been very positive and encouraging.

And the special events around EXPO have become a significant part of the experience for many attendees.

We want to thank all who participated in and contributed to the success of EXPO. Exhibitors, attendees, event sponsors, volunteers, MBJ staff and the support service providers, from florists to photographers to caterers, all had a part in making the show flow smoothly and effectively.

Thanks to all for a job well done. See you at EXPO again in 2007.

… we’d like to ask for your support. More people are reading the Mississippi Business Journal than ever before, but advertising revenues for all conventional media are falling fast. Unlike many, we do not use a pay wall, because we want to continue providing Mississippi’s most comprehensive business news each and every day. But that takes time, money and hard work. We do it because it is important to us … and equally important to you, if you value the flow of trustworthy news and information which have always kept America strong and free for more than 200 years.

If those who read our content will help fund it, we can continue to bring you the very best in news and information. Please consider joining us as a valued member, or if you prefer, make a one-time contribution.
