Bethany C. Bryant has joined the firm in the law firm of Mitchell, McNutt & Sams, P.A.’s, Tupelo office and will concentrate her practice on the defense of medical and other professional liability claims and other personal injury and general litigation matters.
She received a B.S. in nursing from the University of North Alabama in 1991, and she received a master’s degree in nursing administration in 2001. She graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2008.
While in law school, she received the Dean Robert J. Farley Award for highest academic average in her graduating class, the Mississippi Bar Business Law Section Award, the Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz PC Mississippi Law Journal Award for Outstanding Comment and Outstanding Student Awards in income taxation of individuals and higher education and the law.
Bryant’s professional associations include the Mississippi Bar, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Lee County Bar Association and the Mississippi Young Lawyers’ Association.
