Northern District Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley (D-Nettleton) will represent the Mississippi Public Service Commission on the newly formed Entergy Regional State Committee (E-RSC), which is comprised of state regulators from Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas and the City of New Orleans. The E-RSC was formed earlier this year because of complaints and concerns surrounding the status of the Entergy transmission system by state regulators and other stakeholders. The idea of forming such a committee sprang from a joint conference of state regulators and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that was held in late June in Charleston, S.C.
