INROADS Inc. recently welcomed Chanda Washington as regional director, Southeast Region. Washington will be responsible for the overall operation and business development of the Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham, N.C., Nashville and Memphis, Tenn., and Jackson markets.
Washington brings a wide variety of management, operations and project execution experience to the position. Prior to joining INROADS, she spent the 15 years at The Coca-Cola Company as area customer operations manager supporting the sales team in maintaining and building client relationships and new business development.
She graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from Georgia State University, and is a native of Atlanta where she currently resides with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for The Jordan Simmons Project, a local non-profit organization she co-founded in 1998. Two other subsidiaries, Jordan’s Closet and Jordan’s Bookshelf, were also formed to collect and distribute clothing and books for children in need.
