Former Jackson Chuck E. Cheese space leased

The 10,488 square foot space formerly occupied Chuck E. Cheese off I-55 North in Jackson has been leased to Lian and Xiaochun Chen, who plan to open an Asian grocery store and restaurant. The sublessor, Melvin Entertainment Inc., was represented by Mike Flannes and Neil Payne of Nancy Lane Commercial Realty Inc.
