PEARL — McAlister’s Deli has opened a new restaurant in Pearl. The new location in the new Riverwind development near Trustmark Park began serving patrons yesterday.
Ridgeland-based McAlister’s Corporation now operates 15 metro-Jackson area eateries, and will be the third location of the nationwide chain for McAlister’s franchisee, Pinnacle Restaurant Corp.
The group also owns and operates the Richland and Byram locations.
PRC was founded in 2003 and has more than 27 years of restaurant industry management experience. The Pearl restaurant is PRC’s 29th franchise location. In addition to McAlister’s, PRC’s franchise restaurants include: Mazzio’s Italian Eatery, Ken’s Pizza and Oliveto.
