With Bomgar Atlas Technology, enterprises can now configure and manage their global or large-scale remote support operations from one central location. Bomgar’s Atlas architecture allows customers to seamlessly extend support processes, configuration and team structures across multiple departments encompassing thousands of IT support agents.
Bomgar 10.6 also features enhanced manageability for unattended systems from a single interface via Bomgar’s acclaimed Jump Technology. Newly enhanced reporting capabilities make it easier to conduct sophisticated what-if analysis and drill down into support performance results. Other enhancements include appliance failover optimization for increased security and availability, and a new SSL certificate management interface that makes it easier to create, apply, manage and view SSL certificates used by the appliance.
