M-Braves start new season at Trustmark April 5

Get ready for that first pitch. Just three weeks from now an umpire will call out “Play Ball!” at Trustmark Park to mark the start of the 2012 season for the Mississippi Braves.

Mississippi Braves individual game tickets for the new season will go on sale at 9 a.m. Monday. Fans can swing by Trustmark Park’s ticket office to buy an array of tickets.

Club level seats are $20, the new home plate level seats are $15, dugout level seats are $12, field level seats are $8 and general admission/berm tickets are $6.

You can also buy Braves single game tickets at the Mississippi Coliseum, Be-Bop Records in Jackson and Vicksburg, all Ticketmaster locations, online at mississippibraves.com or by phone at 601-932-8788.

The M-Braves 2012 season will again feature 70 home games with the home opener scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, April 5. against the Mobile BayBears for a five-game series immediately followed by a five-game series against the Montgomery Biscuits. Gates on opening day at Trustmark Park will open at 6 p.m.

In addition to single game tickets, Mini-Ticket Plans and Season Tickets are still available. Mini-Ticket Plans start at $45 and consist of 8 different packages including the Weekend Plan, Fireworks Plan, Back Home Plan, Thirsty Thursday Plan, Mascot Plan, and three different Flex Plans.

Season  tickets may be purchased starting at $425, for a three-year plan.
