Gaming Commission OKs requests at monthly meeting

Gaming comm logoThe Mississippi Gaming Commission met Thursday at the commission office, 620 North St. in Jackson, and addressed several requests.

» Donald A. Colvin, CFO of Caesars Entertainment, was approved in his application for finding of suitability.

» Anthony R. Tomasello, president and CEO of Advanced Gaming Associates, was approved in his application for finding of suitability. Advanced Gaming Associates also won approval for a license as a manufacturer.

» A request for approval for the transfer of equity interest or securities of B&D Holding di Marco Drago e C.S.A.p.A. – Spielo International Canada ULC and Spielo International USA was granted.

» Spielo also received continuous approval for shelf offerings, as did Trop Casino in Greenville.

» A license request as a manufacture and distributor was approved for Coast Gaming Supply.

» In charitable gaming matters, 36-month licenses were approved for American Legion Post 1992 in Gautier, Brookhaven Moose Lodge 1968 in Brookhaven, Collins-Huddle VFW Post 5697 in Holly Springs, and Mississippi Paralysis Association in Grenada.
