New restaurants opening in Ocean Springs; Maison de Lu moves

Ocean Springs, the restaurant capital of South Mississippi, is adding two more.

PHO Vietnamese Restaurant (1504 Government St.) offers traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Owner Tien Vu promises an elegant dining experience. There’s outdoor dining in a covered courtyard with a fountain and Koi pond. 228-327-8686

Vestige (715 Washington Ave.) serves seasonal American dishes. Alex Perry is the owner. 228-875-2713

In other restaurant news, Maison de Lu has moved to 626 Washington Ave. Owner LuAnne Ellis is featuring the same menu and some tasty additions.
