The Mississippi Business Journal recently announced its winners of its annual Best Places to Work survey. More than 300 people converged on the Hilton in Jackson for the awards ceremony.
Businesses, large and small, from across the state were honored for the dedication they have shown to their workforces.
“In business, technology and processes may change, but the fact remains that employees are the heartbeat of an organization,” says Trent Bondy, assistant vice president of sales, LUBA Workers’ Comp. “This year’s recipients’ success is a direct result of exceptional staff contributions. There’s no doubt, it’s the people, the human element, who make things happen.”
