RIDGELAND, Mississippi — The world doesn’t wait to advance every two years, so why should wireless users? C Spire rolled out a new program this week that changes the status quo by introducing PERCS Upgrades. The new smartphone upgrade program, which is an extension of the company’s popular PERCS rewards program, allows members to get the lowest pricing on the hottest smartphones every year. By simply enrolling in the PERCS upgrades program and making a $20 monthly payment, PERCS members can get a new phone every 12 months, with no need to trade in old smartphones, pass credit checks or pay full retail price.
C Spire is taking its upgrade program a step further than other similar programs by offering additional device discounts based on PERCS status. PERCS Elite members will receive a 30 percent discount, 20 percent for Premier members, 15 percent for Priority and 10 Percent for Plus status members once they complete 12 months in the program.

In addition to the introduction of PERCS Upgrades, C Spire announced plans to soon launch a new PERCS mobile app that offers PERCS members more ways to earn rewards, with greater mobility and convenience.
The new C Spire PERCS app will allow PERCS members to enjoy the whole world of PERCS on the go – on any mobile device. Members can check and manage PERCS points, earn more points and share points with friends or a charity through the PERCS with a Purpose program, even offering the ability to refer a friend for double rewards. The app also will offer members the opportunity to redeem PERCS points on their mobile device for a variety of rewards, like accessories and device discounts, and receive referral bonuses.
“Our goal from the very beginning with our PERCS program is to make earning rewards simple and easy. You shouldn’t have to work harder to get what you’ve already earned. That’s why we created an app for the PERCS program, so that people can earn, redeem and share their rewards with ease, anytime and anywhere,” Richmond said. “No other wireless company is offering a loyalty rewards program like PERCS, and now with plans to soon introduce the new PERCS app, the program will continue to be a great example of how C Spire is making wireless service personal and convenient for our consumers.”
The PERCS program is the nation’s only loyalty program in the wireless industry that rewards customers for their loyalty and for interacting with the brand and sharing their views on the company’s community social forum. Customers also earn Status PERCS for their tenure.
Since its inception, C Spire customers have taken full advantage of PERCS’ benefits, with over 450,000 members, including 118,000 non-customers, earning 297 million PERCS reward points. To date, customers have redeemed their Status PERCS for over 580,000 rewards.
