Delta Furniture expansion to add 50 jobs

PONTOTOC, Mississippi – Upholstered living room furniture manufacturer Delta Furniture Company is expanding operations at its Pontotoc, plant to accommodate an increase in production. The project represents a $520,000 corporate investment and will create 50 new jobs.

This will be Delta Furniture’s second expansion in five years in Pontotoc.

The Mississippi Development Authority help with roof repairs to the company’s facility. The City of Pontotoc provided assistance for the project, as well.

Delta Furniture Company was founded in 2009 in Pontotoc, and the company has since grown to more than 200 employees.
