One look at public relations professional Anna M. Neel and you’d never guess that she skates in the roller derby. The Atlanta native is a member of the Magnolia Roller Vixens when she’s not performing her duties as director of public relations for Neel-Schaffer Inc.
At the engineering firm, Neel is responsible for the creation of all branding, marketing and communication materials produced for clients on various projects.
Before joining the firm, she did public relations for Yamaha Marine Group and Habitat for Humanity International. Neel began her communications career at CNN after graduating from the University of West Georgia.
While at the cable news network, she played a pivotal role in the production of numerous news stories, including the 2004 Presidential Election and the war in Iraq.
Married with two children, she also teaches aqua aerobics at the YMCA.
