“Following several years of losses, manufacturers in Mississippi are beginning to climb back from the recession,” says Tom Dubin, president of the Evanston, Ill.-based publishing company. “The state has seen job growth as it continues to entice manufacturers with incentives such as the 2013 legislation exempting businesses from sales tax on energy used in manufacturing.”
