Jones County launches leadership 'masters program' to mark 25th anniversary

LAUREL — Nearly 500 individuals have participated in Leadership Jones County (LJC) since the first class in 1990. Developed to identify and prepare the community’s future leadership resources, LJC has provided Jones County with a network of current and emerging leaders who possess the skills and sense of commitment to improve our community. LJC has been a model for many other leadership programs throughout the state.

To celebrate the 25th year of LJC, a new “Masters Program” has been developed. This year’s program will only be available to those who have successfully graduated from Leadership Jones County in past years.
