Brittany Noble-Jones has joined WJTV in Jackson as its new morning show anchor. Noble-Jones will co-anchor News Channel 12 This Morning, Monday through Friday, with Andrew Harrison.
Noble-Jones earned her bachelor’s degree at Alcorn State University and her master’s degree from Arkansas State University. She was recently named the 2015 Emerging Journalist of the Year by the National Association of Black Journalists. Noble-Jones worked most recently as a reporter at KMOV-TV, the CBS affiliate in St. Louis, and in 2014, The Riverfront Times named her the best TV reporter in the St. Louis area.
Noble Jones is an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She previously worked as a reporter and substitute anchor at WEYI-TV the NBC affiliate in Flint, Mich. She began her on-air career as a reporter at WBBJ-TV the ABC affiliate in Jackson, Tenn., and worked behind the scenes as an associate producer for KAIT-TV in Jonesboro, Ark.
