Barnett and Brumfield finish NASA programs

Pearl River Community College instructor Lourie Barnett of Picayune recently completed a faculty fellowship at NASA’s Stennis Space Center.

Barnett is the daughter of Fred and Helen Barnett.

As part of the fellowship, Barnett conducted a research project entitled, “3-D Printing.”

Also, Tougaloo College graduate student Marcus Brumfield of Terry recently completed an internship at NASA’s Stennis Space Center near Bay St. Louis.

He is the son of Roderick and Adarianne Brumfield.

As part of the internship, Brumfield, a computer science major, conducted a research project entitled, “Website Development.”
