4 Mississippians honored

NASA’s Space Flight Awareness program recently recognized four Mississippi employees for outstanding support of human spaceflight during a ceremony at Space Center Houston (Texas).

» Billy Driebergen of Biloxi, a senior realty specialist with NASA’s Center Operations Directorate at Stennis Space Center, was recognized for his project leadership implementing the Facility Infrastructure Real Estate System at Stennis. This new system offers superior facilities support capabilities for rocket propulsion and stage testing on the Stennis test stands.

» Leanne Olson of Carriere, a contract specialist with NASA’s Office of Procurement at Stennis Space Center, was recognized for her achievement, dedication and professionalism in supporting the advancement of space exploration and NASA’s strategic goals.

» Janet Haselmaier of Picayune, a management support assistant with NASA’s Engineering and Test Directorate at Stennis Space Center, was recognized for her exemplary service and adaptability to the demands of the office and for her effective contributions to the success of the testing programs.

» Matthew Seal of Picayune, a lead mechanical technician with Aerojet Rocketdyne at NASA’s Stennis Space Center, was recognized for his support in the planning and assembly of RS-25 engines. His efforts played a key role in helping Stennis Space Center become NASA’s rocket engine assembly/test Center of Excellence.
