Tupelo-based Renasant Bank recently made seven promotions.
Adam Archer has been promoted to First Vice President and Infrastructure Manager.
Archer is responsible for overseeing the bank’s technology infrastructure as well as planning for future data center growth. Prior to joining Renasant, Archer was a Systems Analyst for Software Unlimited Corporation.
Archer and his wife, Darbi, have two children, Chloe and Selah. The Archers are members of Belden Baptist Church and reside in Saltillo.
Jay Prewett has been promoted to First Vice President and Technology Services Manager.
Prewett is responsible for Technology Support, Asset Management, Field Services and Mobility. Prior to joining the bank, he graduated from Mississippi State with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
Prewett and his wife, Andra, have two children, Colby and Ava Grace. They are active members of Charity Baptist Church in Pontotoc.
Sistina Thompson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.
Thompson is responsible for client contact, maintaining client accounts, as well as working with Renasant’s investment team as it related to client accounts.
Thompson graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences.
Thompson and her husband, Scott, have three children, Jack, Nick and Arrington. The Thompsons reside in Vestavia Hills, Ala.
Hayes Rector has been promoted to Vice President.
Rector is responsible for building relationships with prospective and current clients. Prior to joining Renasant, Rector was a Vice President/Loan Officer for a regional bank.
Rector and his wife, Kristi, have two children, Bryant and Brynley. The Rectors are members of Fairview Baptist Church and reside in Steens.
Brad Foster has been promoted to Trust Officer.
Foster is responsible for the operational procedures within the Trust Department.
Foster is an Eagle Scout who contributes to his community through the Yocona Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He and his fiancée Karin McDonald will be married in March and reside in Tupelo. They attend The Anchor Church.
John Chapman has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Information Security Officer.
In his role at Renasat, Chapman is responsible for managing the Information Security Program and related policies and services. Prior to joining Renasant, Chapman was a member of the United States Marine Corps working as a Cyber Security Officer.
Chapman and his wife, Taylor, have two children, Derek and Joshua. The Chapmans moved to Mississippi from North Carolina and reside in Tupelo.
Michael Roberts has been promoted to Bank Officer. Roberts has been with Renasant since 2015 serving in the position of Branch Manager and Lender. In his new role, he will be responsible for building relationships through managing loan portfolios in the Jackson Metro Area.
Roberts graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He attends Fannin United Methodist Church and resides in Brandon, Mississippi.
