Walter T. Johnson of Watkins & Eager PLLC been named to The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Membership is by invitation only and limited to attorney mediators and arbitrators who have proven experience in civil and commercial conflict resolution, and are committed to methods of alternative dispute resolution.
Johnson is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation. He has been recognized by his peers in Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Insurance Law, Medical Malpractice Law, Personal Injury Litigation-Defendants, and Product Liability Litigation-Defendants and by Mid-South Super Lawyers in the area of Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice. Johnson served on the faculty at the Harvard Law School Trial Advocacy Workshop in 2012. In addition, he served as a faculty member at the International Academy of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford Law School in 2014.
