Work on third phase of Madison’s Forum at Grandview gets underway

The 330,000-square-foot Forum at Grandview shopping center in Madison will soon be expanded by a 25,000-square-foot third phase.

Preparation of the .97-acre site is well underway and CBL & Associates Properties Inc. expects completion by this fall.

The tenants will include Kirkland’s, David’s Bridal, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Firehouse Subs, a company spokesman said.

The CBL website for the Forum at Grandview shows that there are four other parcels totaling 7.64 acres still unclaimed.

Anchor stores include Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels, Miskelly Furniture, Stein Mart, Petco, Homegoods and Malco’s Grandview Theater.
