Vic Prather has been named Vice President of Information Security for Community Operations, Inc. He joins Community Bank with over nine years of experience in banking, most recently from PriorityOne Bank in Magee. Prather will be responsible for Information Security, Corporate Security and Disaster Recovery, as well as, serving on committees related to IT and Risk Management.
Prather, a native of Gulfport, grew up in Mize where he graduated from Mize Attendance Center. He received a degree in Computer Information Technology from Hinds Community College.
Prather is married to Angie Winstead of Mendenhall. They have three daughters Logan, Bayleigh, and Gabi. They are active members of Corinth Baptist Church in Magee, where he is an ordained deacon and on various church committees.
