The Washington County Economic Alliance in Greenville has hired Hillary Boggs as Controller. Boggs will handle the organization’s finances and investments. Boggs joins the WCEA with 10-plus years of work experience in advanced statistical and financial analysis as well as business development. She has experience in grant writing and business development, specializing in helping businesses develop marketing and financial plans.
Boggs holds an Bachelor of Science degree from Millsaps College and an M.B.A. from the Millsaps College Else School of Management, where she received numerous awards including the William James Award for Academic Excellence and the Charles Sewel Award for the Outstanding M.B.A. Student.
She is married to Daniel Boggs, CEO of Greater Greenville Development Foundation, Greater Greenville Housing and Revitalization Association, Inc., and Mainstreet Greenville, and they have two daughters, Hannah, 4, and Haley, 1.
