Groundbreaking held for $35 million Hattiesburg mixed-use development

Ground was broken March 23 on the $35-million District at Midtown mixed-used development that will take up an entire block at Hardy Street and 31st Avenue across from the University of Southern Mississippi.

While this isn’t a new industrial development, it still packs a whammy when it comes to job creation.
