Outlets of Mississippi hire Shanna Head, director of marketing

Shanna Head joined the Outlets of Mississippi in January 2016 as Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer and was recently promoted to Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer. She also handles social media as well as a fashion and lifestyle blog for the Outlets of Mississippi. Having started off in the field of graphic design with an Associate’s degree from Hinds Community College in 2010, Shanna quickly took an interest in the marketing aspect of business and would later pursue furthering her education to expand her knowledge and skills in the marketing sector. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Belhaven University in 2016.

Shanna currently helps plan and coordinate events and promotions for the Outlets of Mississippi, inviting shoppers and guests to visit the Center. Shoppers can view promotional visuals placed throughout the shopping center as well as on the Outlets of Mississippi website, social media channels, and through national and international advertisements. She also aids in public relations and tourism promoting the Outlets of Mississippi.

Shanna resides in Jackson with her husband of ten years, William and their two miniature dachshunds. When not delving into work, she enjoys photography, kayaking and volunteer work with multiple charities around Jackson such as Make-A-Wish and Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society.
