		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m so glad FEMA stepped in and helped the Katrina hurricane victims! I think it helped them a lot. I am sure the victims had to go homeless and are still struggling to get back to where they were before hand. It is just so devastating when these unforseen incidents through no fault of our own come to us. I&#039;m sure it makes us stronger in a way and I guess be more retroactive.
