Beach Boulevard reopens
BAY ST. LOUIS — A portion of Beach Boulevard in Bay St. Louis opened July 2, a milestone in the area’s recovery from Hurricane Katrina. This first phase construction began at Ballentine Street and continues to the CSX railroad.
