Evelyn E.J. Webb, Ph.D., Patricia M. (Tricia) Bridges, Ph.D., Reuben Dilworth and David Rainey have all been recently promoted or hired to JBHM Education Group’s management team.

Webb, of Corinth, is elevated to vice president for special projects, creating and managing targeted client relationships.  Webb joined JBHM Education Group as a consultant in 2003 and most recently was corporate director of school improvement.  She taught English at Pass Christian High School and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she chaired the language arts department, before working in administrative posts with the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science and the Mississippi State Board of Community and Junior Colleges.

Bridges, of Hattiesburg, is promoted to state director, securing and overseeing accounts within Mississippi. Bridges joined JBHM Education Group as a consultant in 2005 and most recently was corporate director of teacher services.  A former classroom teacher, she has been a specialist in assessment, instruction professional development and teacher mentoring, working for the Lamar County and Petal school districts, as well as the Writing/Thinking Institute and Program for Research and Evaluation for Public Schools (PREPS) at Mississippi State University.

Dilworth, of Clingon, a JBHM Education Group consultant since 2005, joins the corporate team as Mississippi liaison, providing leadership and oversight to school-improvement initiatives in the state. He will also serve in a marketing capacity for East and Northeast Mississippi.  He began his education career as a math instructor for the McComb and Jackson public schools and held school and district administrative posts in Jackson before serving as superintendent of the Columbus Municipal School District.  Dilworth is former executive director of the PREPS Center for Educational Partnership at Mississippi State University.

Rainey, of Dumas, Ark., has joined JBHM Education Group as assistant state director for Arkansas.  He began his education career as a teacher, was a secondary school principal and served as director for the star-up of the Arkansas School for Mathematics and Science.  He has focused on increasing student achievement as director of the Delta Academic Initiative at the University of Arkansas, Pine Bluff, and the program manager for the Southwest Educational Development Laboratory.  He is a three-term representative in the Arkansas General Assembly.
