I am interested in small tract of land I can put 4 cows and 6 horses on. Would like if it were fenced, have water; pond or running. I don’t have much money to work with. I have several people wanting my pasture in Walnut Grove, $28,000. I live in Clinton, and right now I am driving 74 miles one direction. Would like to find something a little bit closer.
