That’s really a shame to hear.
Mr. Jue’s company is famous throughout the amateur radio community for their extremely poor quality and equally poor customer service. In fact, low-cost offshore Chinese manufacturers are often rated as having much high quality products than his company. This is a $20M manufacturing company that doesn’t bother to keep a quality manager. Why this odd situation? Good question; apparently Mr, Jue doesn’t care. Perhaps we should ask him?
