Retailers pick Peavey product as best
MERIDIAN — The Peavey IPR 1600 power amplifier from Peavey Electronics Corporation has won the Best New Power Amp Award from music-products retailers in the 24th annual Music & Sound Awards, presented by the Music & Sound Retailer.
“We’ve only started implementing our revolutionary IPR technology,” said Hartley Peavey, founder and CEO of Peavey Electronics.
Peavey debuted the Impulse 12D and EU Series powered enclosures, which feature IPR amplifier technology, at the Winter NAMM 2010 convention, held Jan. 14-17 in Anaheim, Calif.
