Utility users having to pay for services should be fully informed all info given to utility companies which users have to constantly help MS Power grow bigger at the expense of users. Everyone knows when users have to construct anything we better have the resources to do so, likewise we can achieve that goal. Why MS Power is given the power to make us pay for their wishes??? It is enough that they are now paid for all things, such as fuel for vehicles, generating plants, envorminetal cost, taxes?? Do you three commissioners still think we need to provide MS Power with fininical help in order to fufill more greed?? I think the public should be informed and vote on such matters, instead of three people makeing a HUGE decision for some many citizens of MS!
