		<description><![CDATA[This proposed plant will create an unnecessy, toxic, black hole whilch could easily be handled by other existing plants. The proposed costs to the people of Kemper County are outrageous, and the technology is entirely experimental. I personally am tired of Mississippi Power trying to shove this monstrosity down everyone&#039;s throats. If Mississippi Power wants the plant, let Mississippi Power pay for it.  Hasn&#039;t the horrific tragedy with the oil rig in the Gulf opened anyone&#039;s eyes as to what can and has gone wrong when all the safety and environmental factors are compromised or ignored.]]></description>
