		<description><![CDATA[It is a sad day, that Cossar is the place being closed. It is a beautiful, peaceful area. Even with the increase in the fees to camp, people still chose to be there, rather than the other developed areas around Enid. Anytime you camp there the area is full. If the water levels were maintained at a level that was higher, there would be even more people camping. The cbins are occupied at least 90% of the time. What a beautiful area to just let wash back into the lake. The overflow area, has been neglected.  I hope other legislatures will look at the State Park facilities in their areas, and ask more questions. I hope this is a move for the &quot;right&quot; reasons, and not a political reason]]></description>
