Turnipseed named property manager
Hertz Investment Group announced that Amy Turnipseed has joined its staff in Jackson as property manager. Turnipseed’s responsibilities include overseeing the common area improvements recently announced for the Regions Bank Plaza complex in downtown Jackson.
Turnipseed was previously commercial manager at StateStreet Group, LLC, responsible for managing and leasing 10 commercial buildings in the Jackson metro area. She has also worked with Parkway Properties Inc. where she was responsible for approximately 950,000 square feet of Class A office space in Jackson.
After graduating from Millsaps College with a bachelor of business administration in accounting, Turnipseed earned a master’s of accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi. She is a certified public accountant, a licensed real estate broker and a member of the local Commercial Investment Real Estate (CCIM) chapter.
