Renasant names new senior officers

Following a recent meeting of the board of directors of Renasant Bank, E. Robinson McGraw, chairman and CEO, announced several staff promotions. Wesley Moore was elected assistant vice president for Renasant Bank in Hernando and DeSoto County. Moore has been with Renasant since 1988 and has served in various positions, most recently as branch manager. Moore attended the University of Mississippi, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also attended the American Institute of Banking and is a graduate of Leadership DeSoto.
Jeff Welford was elected assistant vice president of operations for Renasant Bank. Welford has been with Renasant since 1997, serving in the position of deposit operations manager since 2001. Prior to joining Renasant, Welford was an accountant for J.E. Vance & Company in Tupelo. Welford attended the University of Mississippi, graduating with a bachelor’s degree of accountancy. He has earned the designation of CISP (Certified IRA Services Professional) with the Institute of Certified Bankers. He and his wife, Cindy, have one child, Erin.
Lucius Brock was elected vice president for Renasant Bank in Oxford. Brock has been with the Renasant since Oct. 2010, serving in the position of commercial relationship manager. Prior to joining Renasant, Brock was a commercial lender with a local Oxford bank as well as bank examiner with the Mississippi Department of Banking. Brock attended Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi, graduating with a bachelor’s of business and master of business, respectively. Brock contributes to his community through organizations such as the Rotary Club and United Way.
Mary Crisp was elected vice president and credit department manager for Renasant Bank. Crisp has been with Renasant since 2002, serving in the position of credit analyst in the Credit Department. Crisp attended Western Kentucky University graduating with a B.S. in accounting and is a CPA licensed in Alabama and Kentucky. Crisp contributes to her community through organizations such as the United Way and her neighborhood HOA. She and her husband, Mike, have two children, Will (4) and Haley (20 months).
Cari McNatt was elected an assistant vice president for DeSoto County. McNatt has been with Renasant since Aug. 2010, serving in the position of business development officer. Prior to joining Renasant, McNatt served as a branch manager and lender for various local banks. McNatt attended University of Mississippi, graduating with a bachelor of business administration. She also attended the Southeastern School of Consumer Credit. McNatt contributes to her community through organizations such as Olive Branch Chamber of Commerce. She has two children, Ethan and Olivia.
John Michael Green has been with the bank since 2006, serving in the position of credit analyst. Prior to joining Renasant, he was an environmental engineer in Decatur, Ala. Green attended Mississippi State University, graduating with a bachelor of science degree.
