		<description><![CDATA[I beg the question... a while back there was talk about building a toll road around Jackson. It would be built by private funds and the investors would recover their investment by charging a toll. From what I understand most toll roads pay for them self in a short period of time and then make money for the investors... Tuscaloosa and Gulf Shores are two examples. It would not cost the tax payers a penny and people that do not want to pay a toll can use the roads that they are using now.

I do not know about the above mentioned project... is it earmark or pork? Without knowing I can not judge, but either way maybe more projects should be shifted to the private sector and not cost the tax payers.]]></description>
