Lansford serves as co-editor

Dr. Tom Lansford, academic dean and political science professor at the University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast, served as a co-editor with Thomas Muller, William Overstreet and Judith Isacoff for the 2011 “Political Handbook of the World.”

The “Political Handbook of the World,” first published in 1928, is currently published annually by CQ Press. The publication provides detailed information on the government, economy, political status and history of more than 200 countries and territories as well as 38 international organizations.

From 2004-2010, Lansford served as associate editor of the publication.
