Bomgar rolls out newest version of software
JACKSON — Bomgar has released Bomgar 11.1, the latest version of its remote support solution.

Working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers via Lockheed-Martin corp, Bomgar recently replaced Supportsoft as the remote access tool we use. I’m at a field office with a slower connection speed than the Corps Headquarters, and was never able to connect remotely without lagging and disconnections.
Bomgar changed all that, and changed my productivity from antiquated to supersonic. WTG Bomgar !!!
