An ‘estates’ side and an ‘airpark’ side, in which there is a somewhat combined association, and a very down to the wire vote as to constructing a security gate, which would require by county rules, the property owners would have to take ownership of the streets and all maintenance of the roads. This does not appeal to me whatsoever, and defies all logic when you consider the negative possibilities My concern is this could lead to enormous financial consequenses in the event of a catastrophic event. i know that sounds extreme, however it is worth considering as the community lies alongside a very influential river. . There is really little or no crime to speak of, however it seems that some of the residents, mostly the homeowners with airplanes feel that it would add the feeling of security, which I do understand. Any input or feedback anyone. thank you
