We live in Pearl out by Whitfield and this is a very common area for tornadoes. We call it Tonado alley. Is there ant grants that would help us to get our very own strom shelter? I would like to know how much it would cost me to have one installed; and I already have a builder in mind to do the installation, if that is possible.
