TEC unveils restructuring

Local technology leader TEC has announced an internal restructuring initiative designed to offer a wider array of products and services and enhance the customer care experience through the continued growth of the company. Robert J. Healea, with 18 years of service, was named CFO and vice president overseeing executive management in all financial aspects of company operations.
Joseph C. Piro will serve as treasurer and vice president of administration. He has given 18 years of service to TEC.
Appointed as vice president operations, James W. Garner has been with TEC for over 17 years.
Brandi F. Callison was appointed vice president human resources after serving 13 years with TEC.
Christopher B. Chelette, employed with TEC for 12 years, will now serve as vice president business and product development.
Under the direction of Piro, Robert B. Guerriero Jr. will serve as director of accounting. Guerriero has 18 years of service with TEC.
James N.C. “Red” Moffat III has been employed with TEC for 18 years. He has been appointed to the position of director of administration for TEC’s Jackson Division under the direction of Piro.
William “Rob” McKnight, after having served 18 years with TEC, has been appointed as director CLEC Network, and will serve under the direction of Garner.
Brent B. Fisher, employed with TEC for 12 years, will serve as director of ILEC Network under the direction of Garner.
With 18 years of service, Lisa A. Wigington, under the direction of Garner, has been appointed to the position of director of revenue assurance and regulatory compliance.
Forrest A. Collier has been appointed to director plant operations under the direction Garner. Collier has three years of service with TEC and over 23 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
Employed by TEC for 18 years, Joe D. Yocom will now serve as director of information technology under the direction of Garner.
Serving as manager of human resources and under the direction of Brandi F. Callison will be Donna G. Jones. Jones has been with TEC for nearly 24 years.
Carolyn C. Rogers, after having served 22 years with TEC, has been appointed to the position of director customer relations.
C. Allen McGregor, with two years of service to TEC and 20 years in the sales and marketing and telecommunications industry, has been named director sales.
Betty L. Hinton, with 32 years of service to TEC, was named director billing operations support and will supervise staff in the operations and maintenance of the billing system.
