		<description><![CDATA[I find it odd that the commission will not be meeting again yet the report can not be issued. Could it be that the Commission and the Governor are waiting until the Christmas Holidays, when people are distracted, to release the infomration. The legislative session starts in January and the people of this state should have access to the infomration the legislators will have.]]></description>
