How do others learn of these type lucrative consulting opportunities. When I served as chairman of a tri-county poverty agency, working thirty or more hours a week in a management role, I was not paid a penny, it was a civic chore.

Looks to me as if DHA could have gotten a board member able to perform that function and not had to pay for a consultant.

But hey, what the heck, it’s only guv’ment money.
