BancorpSouth makes promotions

BancorpSouth has announced numerous promotions. Vanda Crowe has been promoted to vice president of business development at the Jackson Medical Center office of BancorpSouth. She has been in banking for 34 years, nine of which have been with BancorpSouth. Crowe is a native of Byram, and obtained an associate’s degree in business administration at Hinds Community College. She has attended several American Institute of Banking classes. Crowe is a member of the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership Ambassadors Council and the 2012 co-chair for the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership Ambassadors. She is married to Barry Crowe of Louisville, Ky., and they have two children.
Becky Fussell has been promoted to branch manager and loan officer at the McDowell Road office of BancorpSouth. She has been in banking for 33 years, 12 of which have been with BancorpSouth. Fussell is a native of Columbus, and has attended loan officer and IRA classes at the American Institute of Banking. She is a member of the Jackson Chapter of Christian Motorcyclist Association. Fussell has two children.
Daniel McFatter has been named assistant branch manager of the Lakeland office of BancorpSouth. He has been with BancorpSouth for 11 months. McFatter is a native of Port Gibson, and obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in business administration at Millsaps College. He has also attended the class Talking Business with Small Business at the Loan School. McFatter serves as a board member for the Mississippi Kidney Foundation and serves as a team captain for the United States Tennis Association. He is married to Lauren Watkins of Madison. They currently reside in Madison and have one daughter together.
Jason Brooks has been promoted to branch manager of the Jackson Medical Center office of BancorpSouth. He has been with BancorpSouth for two-and-a-half years. Brooks is a native of Jackson, and obtained a bachelor’s degree in marketing, a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in management at the University of Mississippi. Brooks is married to Christy Simmons of Clinton, and they currently reside in Madison.
