Bank promotes Stallings

Joe Stallings III has been promoted to vice president of information security for Community Bank in the Operations Department. He has been with Community Bank since 2009, formally holding the title of information security officer.
Stallings is a graduate of the Louisiana Tech University where he earned a bachelor of science in computer information systems.
Stallings, a Jena, La., native, enjoys camping, hiking and riding motorcycles. He is also a wish-granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
