Michael Linebaugh, chief estimator, has been promoted to vice president-estimating for White Construction’s Ridgeland-Jackson location. Linebaugh has 37 years of experience in the construction industry, including 19 years as a senior and chief estimator and 18 years as owner of an estimating and software consulting firm.
Linebaugh is certified by the American Society of Professional Estimators.
